Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland or London, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Develop pricing strategies, deal models, and contract term sheets in collaboration with EMEA Sales leadership.
  • Own and manage commercial contract negotiations in partnership with Sales and Legal teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex quote creation using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to resolve revenue recognition and margin concerns for non-standard deals.
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into EMEA deal performance and trends.
  • Create training content and tools to enable the Sales team on new products and engagement models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
  • Direct experience structuring deals for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS subscription models, pricing, and revenue recognition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and required experience with Salesforce and CPQ applications.
  • Ability to work with international teams (HQ in US) and handle extended schedules during month-end/quarter-end cycles.
