What you will do

• Draft, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and coordinate the production of visual and audiovisual (AV) assets.
• Manage social media channels, including content scheduling and ensuring timely publication.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and inquiries from citizens.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.

Requirements

• University degree and minimum 6 years of experience in social media management and digital content strategy.
• Ability to translate communication goals into engaging editorial and visual content.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Experience managing both organic and paid social media activities.
• Fluency in written and verbal English; knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
