What you will do

• Lead the launch of the Instagram channel in France and expand LinkedIn and YouTube presence across France and Benelux.
• Execute the social media strategy and own the regional content calendars.
• Produce high-quality short-form video content and brief assets to ensure they feel native to each platform.
• Connect with hospitality clients to uncover unique stories and lead creative ideation for authentic content.
• Act as the voice of the brand for French and Benelux communities by managing engagement and conversations.
• Monitor performance via Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to provide actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
• Native-level French and high proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven track record of managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube end-to-end, from scripting to publishing.
• Experience with Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and workflow tools like Monday.com and Jira.
• Ability to leverage AI and video tools to scale content production.
• Must be able to adhere to the hybrid office schedule (3 pillar days).

Nice to have

• Experience launching or scaling social media channels in new markets.
• Experience with influencer or creator collaborations.
• Affinity with the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
