Location: Hybrid (Liege, Belgium) — Possibility to work remotely up to 50%

What you will do

  • Create, implement, and optimize promotional Casino CRM campaigns across multiple brands and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal Casino teams and external game providers for new releases and marketing support.
  • Develop an engaging cross-sell experience tracked across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Manage campaign segmentation, targeting, and reverse scheduling to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Conduct weekly reporting, data analysis, and competitor offer evaluations to readjust strategy.
  • Process customer complaints from CS and partners to maintain a high-quality player experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional CRM experience, ideally within the online casino industry.
  • Business proficiency in Dutch and English is essential; French is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Casino products and promotional practices on local and international levels.
  • Experience using various marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Analytical mindset and high level of organization to drive optimization via quantitative insights.
  • Experience using a CRM platform (Optimove is a strong advantage).
