What you will do

  • Execute social media strategy and own content calendars for France and Benelux across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Lead the strategy and launch of the Instagram channel in France.
  • Produce high-quality short-form video content and collaborate with internal teams for asset briefing.
  • Identify and tell authentic stories from Hospitality clients to drive engagement.
  • Manage community engagement and act as the brand gatekeeper for organic social content.
  • Monitor performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to optimize reach and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
  • Native-level French and high proficiency in English.
  • Proven track record of managing content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Experience with the full content lifecycle: scripting, interviewing, editing, and publishing.
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
  • Must be available for a hybrid work structure with 3 designated in-office days.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling channels in new markets or managing influencer collaborations.
  • Affinity for the hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Dutch.
