What you will do
- Execute social media strategy and own content calendars for France and Benelux across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Lead the strategy and launch of the Instagram channel in France.
- Produce high-quality short-form video content and collaborate with internal teams for asset briefing.
- Identify and tell authentic stories from Hospitality clients to drive engagement.
- Manage community engagement and act as the brand gatekeeper for organic social content.
- Monitor performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to optimize reach and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
- Native-level French and high proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of managing content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience with the full content lifecycle: scripting, interviewing, editing, and publishing.
- Proficiency in Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
- Must be available for a hybrid work structure with 3 designated in-office days.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling channels in new markets or managing influencer collaborations.
- Affinity for the hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Dutch.
