What you will do

• Develop and implement the marketing roadmap for Flow Control in Latin America to build brand visibility.
• Localize global marketing campaigns and implement digital content and customer engagement programs.
• Design and manage lead generation activities and lead management processes.
• Maintain trade media and partner networks while coordinating with sales and global marketing teams.
• Oversee budgeting and track marketing KPIs and delivery reports for events and actions.
• Support external communications for the Flow Control business area in the region.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Episerver, and GoToWebinar.
• Availability to reside in the Sorocaba/SP/Brazil region and willingness to travel.
