What you will do

• Act as a strategic bridge between the Brazilian market and central teams (Paid, SEO, Product, Lifecycle, and Analytics).
• Map the local crypto and finance landscape, including influencers, affiliates, and regional ad platforms.
• Develop localized targeting strategies and messaging to acquire High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
• Audit and optimize customer touchpoints and onboarding flows for the Brazilian market.
• Analyze funnel performance and translate data into actionable growth briefs and tested hypotheses.
• Localize product value propositions and monitor brand reputation and community sentiment in Brazil.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience in senior growth or marketing roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market and strong understanding of local crypto culture.
• Exceptional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, MMPs, and competitive intelligence tools.
• Proven track record in fintech or crypto scale-ups with an existing network of partners.
• Must be based in Brazil.
