What you will do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok.
• Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
• Manage AppsFlyer to ensure data integrity and accurate attribution.
• Coordinate the creative process by briefing design teams and validating ad copy and video scripts.
• Integrate AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Utilize SQL, Looker, and Tableau for self-serve data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing focused on Mobile App UA.
• Expert-level working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok campaigns.
• Fluency in professional and technical English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or Gaming industries.
• Familiarity with marketing products in the Cryptocurrency space.
