What you will do

• Conduct market research and track global trends and events across key markets.
• Analyze historical hirify.global performance data to drive sales actions.
• Study competitor strategies and campaigns related to global events.
• Identify high-value opportunities for advertising sales teams.
• Create actionable insights and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Track and report results of targeted research efforts.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Must be in the 4th semester or later.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Fluent or Advanced English proficiency.
• Good understanding of data analysis and strong written communication skills.
• Availability for daytime shifts (e.g., 9 AM - 4 PM or 10 AM - 5 PM).
