What you will do

  • Exceed sales goals and quotas using company tools for service growth and cancellation reduction.
  • Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers in assigned territory to build relationships and understand needs.
  • Develop capital plans addressing customers' short- and long-term building requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, training, manuals, and local elevator code requirements.
  • Prepare repair job proposals by estimating costs, reviewing blueprints, and interfacing with operations.
  • Prepare service contract bids and respond to customer questions on proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints or drawings.
