What you will do

  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, specifically targeting Publicis agency and client accounts.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers.
  • Strategically position programmatic offerings including Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions.
  • Maintain precise client data, activities, and pipeline within Salesforce to ensure operational excellence.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the defined sales plan.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership regarding sales leads and project status.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling within the Canadian market.
  • Proven track record of growing agency partnerships from planners to executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and experience selling cross-format solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complex customer needs.
  • Must be based in the Toronto metropolitan area.
