Location: Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid model with 3 in-office days per week)

What you will do

  • Lead business growth by developing new opportunities across agencies and brands in Malaysia.
  • Maximize revenues through close collaboration and alignment to achieve regional goals.
  • Develop innovative sales initiatives aligned with market needs for strong penetration.
  • Leverage network to open doors and create business opportunities in new accounts and sectors.
  • Represent hirify.global at networking events, conferences, and associations to increase visibility.
  • Maintain healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for sustained growth.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in AdTech with strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in media sales, managed and programmatic offerings, structuring and closing enterprise deals.
  • Established network with key contacts at media agencies and brands.
  • Experience creating strategic agreements and partnerships with agencies.
  • Strong creative thinking, solutions-oriented approach, and consultative mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
