What you will do
- Lead business growth by developing new opportunities across agencies and brands in Malaysia.
- Maximize revenues through close collaboration and alignment to achieve regional goals.
- Develop innovative sales initiatives aligned with market needs for strong penetration.
- Leverage network to open doors and create business opportunities in new accounts and sectors.
- Represent at networking events, conferences, and associations to increase visibility.
- Maintain healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for sustained growth.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in AdTech with strong track record of success.
- Expertise in media sales, managed and programmatic offerings, structuring and closing enterprise deals.
- Established network with key contacts at media agencies and brands.
- Experience creating strategic agreements and partnerships with agencies.
- Strong creative thinking, solutions-oriented approach, and consultative mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
