Location: Campbell, CA (US-based role)

Salary: $105,000–$217,000 (US base salary range)

What you will do

• Own SEC reporting process, governance, and disclosure controls for periodic and current reports.
• Set reporting strategy, manage cross-functional inputs, and drive continuous improvements via peer benchmarking.
• Serve as Workiva platform owner: manage templates, workflows, tie-outs, XBRL tagging, and filings.
• Perform technical accounting research and draft memoranda for complex transactions and new standards (ASC 606, 842, etc.).
• Maintain filing calendars, coordinate with Finance, Legal, auditors; prepare financial statements, MD&A, footnotes.
• Manage beneficial ownership reporting, SEC comment responses, and auditor engagements.

Requirements

• Active California CPA required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years accounting experience including SEC reporting at US listed company, 3+ years public accounting, technical research/memoranda.
• In-depth US GAAP, SEC rules (Reg S-K/S-X), SOX knowledge.
• Expert hands-on Workiva (document build, workflows, XBRL, Financials sync) and NetSuite Financial Report Writer.
• Strong analytical, business writing, detail-oriented self-starter skills.
