What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmap for CPM AI Copilot, advancing to predictive coaching beyond data display.
• Collaborate with data science on churn prediction, health scoring, and alerting CPMs to risks.
• Design upselling and cross-selling features analyzing client portfolios for product recommendations.
• Build automated tools for personalized portfolio reviews and performance reports.
• Gather feedback from Client Portfolio Management teams to translate needs into requirements.
• Support client forecasting and account planning for portfolios of circa 85 clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management focusing on Customer Success, Account Management tools, or Fintech retention strategies
• Preferred experience in AI-first startup or high-growth environment building AI products
• Strong understanding of LLMs and RAG for summarizing client histories and data
• Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and data lakes
