Salary: Target annual base salary between €45,000–€50,000

What you will do

• Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring all items are well-defined and actionable.
• Act as the key liaison between market needs and technical delivery to execute the roadmap and meet key metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product releases.
• Gather and document release requirements from stakeholders, aligning them with company strategy and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead product release planning and manage beta/pilot programs for early-stage products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product development and 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Proven experience building and managing B2B SaaS offerings.
• Fluent English proficiency is essential.
• Must provide documentation proving authorization to work in Spain.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that supports East Coast USA working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, software, or a related field.
