What you will do
- Lead regulatory initiatives for credit products, with a specific focus on overdrafts (descubierto).
- Translate Consumer Credit Directive requirements into actionable initiatives integrated into processes and customer journeys.
- Act as the central point of reference for Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments.
- Ensure regulatory solutions are aligned with customer orientation, business impact, and technological feasibility.
- Analyze the impact of initiatives on P&L and customer portfolios to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with technology teams within a multidisciplinary Agile squad.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Customer Journey Expert, business consultant, or Product/Project Manager.
- Proven experience leading projects, preferably those with a regulatory component.
- Knowledge of financial regulation and the Consumer Credit Directive.
- Experience with credit products, particularly overdrafts.
- Experience working with technology teams in Agile environments.
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support hybrid collaboration with client teams.
