Salary: $85,555 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Lead local and national recruiting initiatives using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions across sales and non-sales roles.
  • Own campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and university partnerships.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to provide talent market insights and hiring recommendations.
  • Drive the adoption of new recruiting processes, policies, and systems through effective change management.
  • Enhance the candidate experience and support talent marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Possession of a Real ID or Passport for travel.
  • Ability to travel nationwide by plane during campus recruitment seasons.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, particularly SuccessFactors.
