What you will do

  • Execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets.
  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients through consultative selling and tailored product demos.
  • Conduct market analysis and lead generation within the Life Sciences and Consumer Products industries.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure lead conversion.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health or Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS to senior decision-makers and C-suite executives in enterprises.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, specifically within LegalTech, RegTech, or similar industries.
