What you will do
- Execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets.
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients through consultative selling and tailored product demos.
- Conduct market analysis and lead generation within the Life Sciences and Consumer Products industries.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure lead conversion.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health or Life Sciences.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS to senior decision-makers and C-suite executives in enterprises.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Location: Must be based in Europe.
