What you will do
- Own end-to-end stability and feature velocity of the mission-critical shared monorepo used by multiple teams.
- Drive technical direction for shared libraries, microservice architecture, and release workflows.
- Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, and debugging to set code quality standards.
- Bridge technical execution with business outcomes by translating product needs into pragmatic solutions.
- Grow and mentor a team of 7 engineers through 1:1s, ownership models, and blocker removal.
- Stabilize incident response and SLA adherence across dependent teams.
Requirements
- Location: Prague
- Write production TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend in a monorepo.
- Lead technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
- Experience stabilizing and scaling shared code ecosystems or monorepos.
- Debug and own production issues end-to-end.
- Coach engineers on technical depth and growth.
- AI fluency.
