TL;DR

Location: Primarily candidates based in European time zones or the US East Coast time zone

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a team of approximately 7 Options Engineers.
  • Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
  • Drive continuous improvement in trading infrastructure, system design, and production reliability.
  • Provide technical direction for automated quoting, execution, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, quants, product, and risk stakeholders.
  • Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Rust, C++, or C.
  • Deep understanding of algorithmic options trading, including quoting, pricing, and risk controls.
  • Experience building low-latency trading systems in derivatives markets.
  • Proficiency with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Must be based in European or US East Coast time zones

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of gRPC and Node.js-based services.
  • Experience with crypto exchange connectivity.
  • Familiarity with FPGA technologies.
