What you will do

• Manage and operate hirify.global's AI Gateway, ensuring reliable, low-latency access to AI models at scale.
• Onboard teams to the AI Gateway, configure model access, and support diverse use cases.
• Adapt and improve evaluation tooling for LLM applications using LangSmith.
• Own tooling and processes for safe, compliant, and efficient GenAI use organization-wide.
• Document procedures, respond to incidents, and maintain platform stability.
• Drive knowledge sharing through learning programs and standardize AI content.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Python and FastAPI, ideally in platform or infrastructure.
• Experience with AI/LLM systems, including evaluation frameworks and observability tooling.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and building reliable, scalable AI infrastructure.
• Contribute to engineering culture and GenAI advancements.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating AI Gateways or ML infrastructure at scale.
• Familiarity with LangSmith or other LLM observability platforms.
• Background in enablement, developer education, or platform evangelism.
• Experience shaping team practices at a fast-moving company.
