GenAI / Agentic AI Developer

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 gross annual base salary for full-time employment

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agent-based architectures.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows with planning, retrieval, execution, validation, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Develop Python backend services and REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, and microservices.
• Implement document ingestion, embedding generation, vector indexing, reranking, and retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud services.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize production AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and LLMOps practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates requiring H-1B, OPT, CPT, F-1, TN, E-3, L-1, or similar sponsorship are not eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience and experience building enterprise GenAI or Agentic AI applications.
• Practical experience with an agent orchestration framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, semantic search, vector databases, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent systems with tool calling, memory management, autonomous planning, reflection, and evaluation.
• Exposure to MCP, GraphRAG, Neo4j, knowledge graphs, entity extraction, and LLMOps tools.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, guardrails, prompt injection prevention, PII masking, and access controls.
