What you will do

• Build and maintain machine learning and generative AI backend services.
• Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage production applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, therapists, and product managers.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code daily.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 4+ years of experience delivering production-ready products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern async frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, generative AI chatbots, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools like Langfuse.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases and Celery.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Background in handling highly sensitive healthcare data.
