What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-regional consulting engagements across business and technology.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives, influencing decisions in forums.
• Build senior client relationships and provide thought leadership in operating model, technology, data, regulatory, and strategy.
• Structure and manage high-complexity programs, overseeing team delivery.
• Drive Internal Consulting practice evolution through strategic initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting or internal transformation, ideally financial services/asset management
• Proven ability to lead consulting teams in global, matrixed environment
• Deep understanding of financial services/asset management industry
• Strong executive presence and influence at highest levels
• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
• Proficiency in executive presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
