Vice President, Consulting (Energy Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in or near Houston, Calgary, Boston, or New York; remote working arrangements may be considered.

Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 base pay

What you will do

• Drive growth of consulting revenue and EBITDA to meet or exceed annual goals.
• Manage high-level client relationships from C-Suite to Supply Chain and Engineering teams.
• Lead proposal development and collaborate with stakeholders to close high-impact deals.
• Oversee project execution and delivery by the Supply Chain Consulting team.
• Mentor and develop consulting staff through professional skills and sales training.
• Manage business administration, including planning, recruiting, staffing, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (post-graduate degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated track record in solution selling and leading large consulting projects.
• Experience in Power & Renewables and/or Oil & Gas sectors preferred.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Willingness and ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
