What you will do

• Develop and refine the overall strategy for hirify.global Insurance.
• Conduct market research, macro-trend monitoring, and competitive intelligence to inform senior leadership.
• Partner with business leaders on product and growth strategies as well as operational challenges.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team.
• Support corporate development activities, including acquisition reviews and market scans.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across underwriting, operations, finance, and technology.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar in-house strategic role.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to break complex issues into logical components.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and crafting compelling narratives.
• Strong financial modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
