Lead Strategy Associate / Strategy Associate (Insurance)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; hybrid

Salary: $92,880–$127,710 per year, with 15% bonus potential

What you will do

• Contribute to the ongoing development of hirify.global Insurance’s overall strategy.
• Conduct market research, monitor macro trends, and provide competitive intelligence to senior leadership.
• Support product, growth, operational, and organizational strategy initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for the CEO, executive leadership team, board, and senior stakeholders.
• Support corporate development activities, including acquisition reviews, market scans, and deal analysis.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with underwriting, operations, finance, and technology teams.

Requirements

• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or a similar in-house strategy role.
• Strong structured problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across functions.
