What you will do

• Align organizational structure, roles, and governance with overarching business strategy.
• Design future-state HR operating models and service delivery structures.
• Lead multi-workstream HR transformation initiatives, including org design, process redesign, and culture change.
• Advise senior HR leaders and the C-suite on people strategy and modernization.
• Drive sales and proposal efforts, creating new go-to-market offerings and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR transformation and consulting with a track record of managing large projects.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development (Master's degree strongly preferred).
• HR or change-related certification such as SHRM SCP, SPHR, or Prosci.
• Deep expertise in HR operating models across people, process, technology, and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Must be based in the United States.
