What you will do
- Partner with leadership teams to provide strategic guidance on people matters and support organizational changes.
- Integrate organizational goals into the HR enterprise roadmap and lead specific HRBP initiatives.
- Manage company-wide performance management, succession planning, and employee development practices.
- Coach managers on executing talent management plans to support individual and team growth.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations with a fair and consistent approach.
- Oversee compliance activities, including background checks, right-to-work verifications, and statutory audits.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as a people partner in dynamic, high-growth organizations.
- Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage HR matters across different time zones and cultural contexts.
