Associate People Business Partner

TL;DR

Associate People Business Partner (HR): Providing tactical HR execution and strategic support to first-line managers within the EMEA region with an accent on employee relations and talent retention. Focus on managing employee life cycle processes, facilitating Works Council consultations, and utilizing data analytics to drive HR improvements.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (expected in office 3 days a week); occasional travel to France.

What you will do

• Provide HR support and guidance to first-line managers to improve talent retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with ER and Legal teams to manage employee relations matters end-to-end with a results-driven approach.
• Support the preparation and execution of Works Council consultations in Spain, France, and Germany.
• Develop quarterly HR reports and data-driven slides for All Hand meetings to inform management of trends.
• Partner with the Global People Services Team to ensure accuracy of employee data and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, including roles as an HR Generalist and/or in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws specifically for Spain and France.
• Experience utilizing HRIS and ticketing systems (Workday is a plus).
• Must be based in Barcelona to fulfill the hybrid work requirement (3 days/week in office).
