USA base pay: $232,000–$310,000 per year (varies by state: higher in CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT)

What you will do

• Build and drive web development strategy for all frontend teams
• Deliver improvements to large monorepo build and deploy systems for high reliability and performance
• Architect platform, tools, and technologies for consistency and reliability
• Empower web engineers with AI to boost delivery speed, code quality, and developer experience; define web AI strategy with agents and orchestration
• Design, implement, and extend core platform components to enable new products and features
• Plan and build scalable core platform software and systems for users, features, partners, and engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years architecting, building, and scaling web apps for large user bases
• Deep understanding of web technologies like React, Typescript, NX, Oxlint, TurboRepo, RSPack, Vite
• Ability to create technical vision and roadmap with big-picture system-level decisions
• Track record leading critical projects with partner teams for company-wide impact
• Experience developing technical strategy improving system reliability and performance
• Project or people management experience; strong communication and coaching skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
