Lead Front-End Software Engineer (AI Products)

Location: Remote within the United States; the position is listed in Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: $145,000–$190,000 annual base salary, depending on geographic location, plus a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary

What you will do

• Build and ship front-end features for Ask hirify.global and related AI experiences.
• Design reusable, documented component patterns and release processes for adoption across the organization.
• Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Improve accessibility, performance, testing, reliability, and overall UI quality.
• Drive refactoring, modernization, technical decisions, and architectural improvements.
• Mentor engineers, strengthen team capabilities, and influence technical direction across product areas.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production front-end systems with React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with component libraries such as MUI or similar tools.
• Experience building complex, user-facing products with high standards for usability and reliability.
• Strong fundamentals in testing, code quality, and scalable UI architecture.
• Experience owning architecture, technical direction, and team enablement while shipping product features.
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated technical leadership for a team or area.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro frontend architectures or Module Federation.
• Experience building design systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic product experiences.
• Experience in ambiguous, fast-moving product areas.
• Full-stack experience.
