What you will do

• Own the AI automation roadmap: identify opportunities, prioritize, build, and ship solutions end-to-end.
• Build and deploy agentic workflows, Claude-based assistants, automated reporting, pipeline systems, and internal bots to eliminate manual processes.
• Step into ambiguous processes, add structure, automation, and speed across product, commercial, and operational domains.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Optimize existing automations for cost efficiency, reliability, and scale; drive 0→1 initiatives from discovery to production.
• Establish best practices for AI tooling, prompt engineering, and workflow design; advise leadership on AI leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Consulting, Product Strategy, or similar in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto
• AI-native mindset: daily use of AI tools, automate before manual work
• Hands-on builder with Claude, APIs, n8n, scripting, and automation platforms
• Rapid learner comfortable with steep curves, domain switches, quick delivery
• Data-driven: pull, clean, analyze data; structured problem-solving for bottlenecks
• High ownership, bias to action in ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Background at top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, MCP integrations, multi-system automation
• Background in fintech, crypto, payments, complex ops environments
• Exposure to AI workflow cost optimization (API usage, token efficiency)
• Experience with Claude Projects, Anthropic API, or LLM-based development
