What you will do

• Design and build agentic workflows integrating AI models with internal systems for Ops automation.
• Map processes with Operations team, identify automation opportunities, and deploy solutions into their tooling.
• Own full lifecycle: scoping, building, debugging, iterating, documenting, and training.
• Measure adoption and impact, iterate for sustained usage.
• Coach AI champions and embed AI practices into daily work.
• Maintain AI playbook and partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact areas.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying AI tools (Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier) in business context.
• Technical fluency in low-code/no-code, APIs, integrations, SQL, BI tooling.
• 2-5 years in product ops, BizOps, strategy, or technical programme management.
• Builder’s mindset: ship working v1 quickly.
• Clear communicator for training, documentation, and translating jargon.
• High ownership and ambiguity tolerance.
