What you will do
- Design and build agentic workflows integrating AI models with internal systems for Ops automation.
- Map processes with Operations team, identify automation opportunities, and deploy solutions into their tooling.
- Own full lifecycle: scoping, building, debugging, iterating, documenting, and training.
- Measure adoption and impact, iterate for sustained usage.
- Coach AI champions and embed AI practices into daily work.
- Maintain AI playbook and partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact areas.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools (Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier) in business context.
- Technical fluency in low-code/no-code, APIs, integrations, SQL, BI tooling.
- 2-5 years in product ops, BizOps, strategy, or technical programme management.
- Builder’s mindset: ship working v1 quickly.
- Clear communicator for training, documentation, and translating jargon.
- High ownership and ambiguity tolerance.
