What you will do

• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities across the business and ship solutions that improve daily operations.
• Connect LLMs like Claude to internal tools, APIs, and data sources using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Build end-to-end automation workflows using tools like n8n.
• Act as an in-house AI consultant, coaching colleagues on prompt engineering and AI tooling adoption.
• Navigate data privacy, compliance, and audit requirements within a BaFin and FCA regulated framework.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and building end-to-end automations with n8n.
• Experience building MCP servers to connect LLMs to internal data and APIs.
• 5+ years of experience in a scale-up in roles such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or AI product engineer.
• Proven experience working in fintech or a similarly regulated industry.
• English language proficiency required.
