TL;DR
Head of AI Transformation (AI): Building workflows, agents, and systems to automate internal processes across departments with an accent on end-to-end implementation from identification to deployment and adoption. Focus on designing robust AI tools, driving business upskilling, measuring ROI, and advising on product evolution and customer AI journeys.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Nottingham and Brighton, UK). Work From Anywhere fully remote-friendly for 4 weeks a year.

What you will do
- Redesign internal processes by identifying friction points and replacing manual work with AI-powered automated workflows in partnership with CEOs and department leads.
- Build and deploy reusable AI agents, tools, prompt libraries, and integrations ensuring security, compliance, and ease of use for non-technical teams.
- Drive adoption through training, playbooks, and change management while acting as the internal AI expert.
- Advise product team on AI roadmap and support customers in their AI transformation with discovery sessions and implementation plans.
- Experiment rapidly with new AI tools and models, building MVPs and validating pilots before scaling.
- Measure impact via productivity metrics, time saved, and ROI reporting to prioritize initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools in business contexts, with a track record of building and deploying workflow improvements.
- Background in operations, growth, product, or execution-focused environments; comfortable influencing cross-functionally.
- Strong knowledge of LLM tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini; experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Skills in prompt design, multi-step workflows, scripting, low-code development, and agent frameworks.
