Influencer Marketing Specialist (Fintech): Lead influencer marketing efforts in English-speaking markets to drive subscription growth for premium financial product InvestingPro with an accent on building creator relationships, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis. Focus on expanding partner networks in Italy, ensuring content compliance, leveraging AI for trend analysis, and managing end-to-end performance tracking.

Madrid (full-time onsite). Most work with US/Canada creators – align workday accordingly.

What you will do

  • Expand partner network by identifying and engaging trading-focused creators, especially in Italy, to drive InvestingPro subscriptions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key financial content creators to scale reach and partnerships.
  • Leverage AI tools for trend analysis and data-driven marketing optimization.
  • Review and refine content briefs for compliance, brand alignment, and performance in English markets.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign tracking, timelines, metrics, and ROI to meet growth targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in influencer marketing or strong portfolio, ideally financial sector.
  • Active trading & investing experience.
  • Excellent English (native) and Spanish communication skills.
  • Proven track record in brand growth via partnerships.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset and strong operational/strategic skills.
  • Experience working with AI.

Nice to have

  • Strong network in financial sector influencers/agencies.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with InvestingPro or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
