Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Drive influencer channel performance by managing day-to-day optimizations to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
• Partner with agencies to source creators and negotiate rates across YouTube and Instagram.
• Analyze campaign data to surface insights and identify winning creator profiles and content formats.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop best-in-class briefs and test new content strategies.
• Identify and expand into new creator segments and partnership structures to accelerate growth.
• Repurpose high-performing influencer content for paid channels and manage usage rights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing at a high-growth consumer company, startup, or agency.
• Strong analytical foundation with fluency in core growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Proven ability to translate data and experimentation into clear strategic direction.
• Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating across internal and external partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Experience repurposing and sourcing new influencer content for ads across paid channels.
