What you will do
- Write, implement, and launch in-product messages directly in ’s platform and AI products, contributing code for scalable messaging.
- Translate campaign goals into executable in-product and email concepts based on developer behavior and lifecycle data.
- Author detailed engineering requirements for messaging functionality, partnering with engineering teams.
- Design data-driven audience segmentation with Marketing Operations and Data Engineering.
- Analyze campaign metrics like open rates, CTOR, activations, and unsub rates to recommend optimizations.
- Influence developer-centric messaging strategies that resonate with workflows and challenges.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B integrated marketing or equivalent (5+ with Bachelor’s in related field)
- 4+ years building full-stack web apps focused on backend with Ruby on Rails or Node.js using agentic AI tools
- Proven track record shipping product code and in-product experiences (not just managing teams)
- Experience writing actionable engineering requirements or technical specs
- Strong understanding of developer persona, mindset, values, and tooling
Nice to have
- Experience working in ’s platform or ecosystem as a developer/contributor
- B2B lifecycle, product, or developer marketing with end-to-end campaign ownership
- A/B testing and conversion optimization in email and in-product experiences
