Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers while fostering a high-accountability, psychologically safe culture.
- Drive regional execution of commercial launch strategy, set performance standards, and identify opportunities to expand the treatment ecosystem.
- Build strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, academic centers, and KOLs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, and Patient Support teams.
- Analyze performance metrics, manage budgets and forecasting, and provide field insights to optimize brand strategy.
- Conduct regular field coaching to enhance clinical selling skills and consultative engagement with mental health providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
- 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies
- Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
- Experience with therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration, and working with IDNs, academic medical centers, and specialty sites
- Experience building teams in startup or pre-launch biotech environments
