What you will do

• Recruit, manage, and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Build and execute territory and strategic account management plans for the Northeast region.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Services, Client Operations, and HR to optimize growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners and executive sponsors.
• Drive the adoption of Force Management and MEDDICC sales methodologies across the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Northeast US
• 5-10+ years of experience managing security technology and services sales teams.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar gross margin quota attainment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to correlate business goals with cyber security risk.
• Experience selling complex hardware, software, and consulting solutions to Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Executive presence and ability to build high-level relationships.
