Location: Remote (Must be eligible to work in Canada)
Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 CAD

What you will do
- Drive market and customer research to identify strengths and opportunities within the competitive health tech ecosystem.
- Define and manage the product roadmap while setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of new products, aligning goals directly with user needs throughout the product life-cycle.
- Develop a strategic plan for the evolution of genomics and multi-omics tools based on customer problem-solving.
- Create a marketplace within the Omics AI platform to enable researchers and partners to access, share, and monetize data.
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS platform environments.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Practitioner of Agile and Lean software development methodologies.
- Deep understanding of how enterprise SaaS organizations deliver value across the customer journey.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Keen product intuition and strong UX sensibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in Precision Medicine, Bioinformatics, and/or Genomics.
