TL;DR

Manager, Customer Solution Consulting (ITSM): Leading a team of Partner Solutions Experts to serve as the technical bridge between hirify.global and partners with an accent on deep product expertise and strategic problem-solving. Focus on delivering technical guidance, enablement, training, and feedback to product management to drive partner success and product enhancements.

Location: US-Remote. Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location.

What you will do

  • Set day-to-day operational objectives for the Partner Solutions Expert team.
  • Supervise, manage, mentor, and coach team members to foster collaboration and development.
  • Lead delivery of advanced technical guidance, best practices, enablement, and training to partners during onboarding, implementation, and optimization.
  • Equip Partner Success Team with knowledge and tools through ongoing training.
  • Provide technical coverage on strategic accounts, support PSMs in engagements, reviews, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize feature requests based on partner feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills; professional presence.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management, business automation, cybersecurity, API integrations, database management, and cloud platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
