TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead and build high-performing IT operations and cybersecurity teams, setting priorities, SLAs, and fostering ownership.
• Architect and manage core infrastructure: Google Workspace, Okta, Cisco Meraki WiFi/networks with BGP, and Mosyle for Apple endpoint management.
• Drive IAM strategy, SOC 2/CIS compliance, security KPIs, and audit readiness.
• Implement IT asset management, automate repetitive processes, and evaluate new technologies for efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, People teams; manage vendors, budgets, and lead IT projects like migrations and deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure
• 3+ years leading teams, including direct management of technical staff
• Google Workspace administration, security, and scaling
• Okta IAM architecture, SSO/MFA, lifecycle management
• Cisco Meraki switches, wireless, security; networking with BGP fundamentals
• Mosyle/Apple enterprise management, zero-touch deployment
• IT asset management, SOC 2/CIS Controls, compliance/audits, IAM best practices
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts; project leadership, budgets, vendors

Nice to have

• Cisco Meraki certifications (CMNA, CMNO, ECMS)
• Experience in media/streaming or high-growth tech companies
• Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISM)
• Leading SOC 2 audits
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
