What you will do

• Lead and manage the APAC Network Engineering team across multiple countries, providing operational oversight and technical mentorship.
• Own regional network operations including OT network architecture (BMS, ePMS), LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and core services (DNS, DHCP, NAC, IPAM).
• Drive the APAC execution of the global network modernization program, focusing on data center autonomy and WAN redesign.
• Serve as the strategic voice for APAC requirements in global network architecture and design standards.
• Plan and execute network infrastructure requirements for new site activations and data center commissioning.
• Advance network automation and orchestration capabilities to reduce manual intervention and improve consistency.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Data Center).
• 3-5 years of experience in a people management or team lead role.
• Demonstrated experience managing network operations across multiple geographies, specifically within data center or hyperscale environments.
• Deep technical expertise in routing, switching, firewall management, VPN architectures, and software-defined networking.
• Strong experience with network automation tools and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Juniper, or ITIL.
