Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale high-performing QA/Automation engineering organization.
• Define and execute quality engineering strategy aligned to product and engineering goals.
• Establish best practices for test automation, framework development, and validation at scale.
• Embed quality across SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes; drive improvements in product quality and defect reduction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Support teams; influence roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Hire/retain talent, track quality metrics, and foster collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years in software quality engineering or development
• 2+ years managing/leading engineering or QA teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Agile methodologies
• Experience driving automation strategy and framework development at scale
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and engage in architectural discussions

Nice to have

• Experience with automation in large-scale distributed systems (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with API/UI testing (Python, Selenium, BDD/Behave)
• Background in networking, security, or data-intensive systems
• Experience scaling QA in high-growth/enterprise environments
