TL;DR

GTM Associate (AI): Opening doors to Commercial Real Estate CIOs and CTOs through high-volume outbound outreach with an accent on cold calling, prospect qualification, and pipeline generation. Focus on executing multi-touch sequences, booking discovery meetings for Account Executives, and optimizing messaging based on conversion metrics.

Location: Hybrid in New York City (In office 3x per week)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Conduct 50+ outbound dials per day targeting Commercial Real Estate (CRE) firms.
  • Execute structured multi-touch sequences (call, email, LinkedIn) via Apollo.io.
  • Qualify prospects against the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Book and hand off qualified discovery meetings to Account Executives.
  • Maintain clean account and contact records within HubSpot.
  • Research target accounts to understand fund strategies and portfolio types to identify pain points.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a quota-carrying outbound sales or BDR role, with cold calling as a primary channel.
  • Proven track record of exceeding meeting-booked quotas.
  • High comfort level with high-volume phone work and resilience to rejection.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 3x per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the real estate industry.
  • Experience with Apollo.io and managing multi-touch sequences.
  • Experience selling technical or data products to finance or real estate audiences.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment.

Culture & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000.
  • On-target variable commission of $25,000 - $35,000.
  • Accelerator payouts (1.5x) for exceeding 120% of the monthly quota.
