TL;DR

GTM Sales Strategy & Operations Manager (SaaS): Designing and executing territory planning, account segmentation, and GTM rules of engagement to drive revenue efficiency with an accent on operational frameworks and measurement. Focus on translating strategic direction into scalable processes and identifying AI/automation opportunities to augment GTM effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid, New York, New York

Salary: $137,500 - $151,250 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with SDR, AE, and CSM leadership to design territories and books-of-business across inbound, outbound, and expansion motions.
  • Develop and maintain account segmentation models based on TAM, industry, size, and geography.
  • Define and implement rules of engagement for hand-offs between GTM roles to ensure operational clarity.
  • Lead annual and quarterly territory planning and partner on capacity modeling and resource allocation.
  • Establish and track KPIs for market penetration, rep capacity, pipeline conversion, and NRR/NR.
  • Identify and integrate AI and automation to optimize lead routing, account prioritization, and rep workload.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, GTM Ops, or RevOps within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in territory design, quota/capacity modeling, and account segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Experience driving alignment in cross-functional matrix environments (Marketing, Partner, and RevOps).
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the New York City office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with international markets and partner/channel motions.
  • Exposure to AI/automation implementation in GTM processes.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, scaling environments.
