GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri) if located within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Develop automation tooling and HubSpot workflows to accelerate sales and lead routing.
• Automate customer health scoring and onboarding sequences for CSMs.
• Build partner tracking, attribution dashboards, and integrations with PartnerStack or Crossbeam.
• Manage HubSpot CRM health, data integrity, and reporting.
• Evaluate and implement new AI vendors and automation tools for the GTM stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Experience with automation tools like Clay, HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Replit, or Claude Code.
• Strong bias toward action and high ownership mentality.
• Coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL (strong plus).

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an AE or SDR at a SaaS or AI company.
