What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by recruiting new members through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing members to increase contracted spend participation.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, and Director-level).
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions to ensure retention and growth.
  • Analyze market intelligence to identify new revenue opportunities and monitor industry trends.
  • Partner with internal implementation and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and contract activation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving new business growth.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track leads.
  • Ability to conduct high-level presentations for C-suite board members.
  • Must be based in or live within the specific market being serviced in the US.
  • Industry knowledge of GPOs, healthcare supply chain, or medical-surgical distribution is strongly preferred.
