What you will do

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, position solutions, and progress deals for hirify.global Trade Surveillance.
  • Act as subject-matter expert on trade surveillance, regulatory requirements, and product capabilities.
  • Lead client presentations and articulate product value and differentiation.
  • Engage stakeholders in Compliance, Market Surveillance, Risk, Operations, and IT.
  • Support full sales cycle including RFPs, RFIs, objection handling, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing/sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in client-facing or solution-oriented roles.
  • Strong expertise in trade and market surveillance, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and business needs into solution narratives and use cases.
  • Strong communication skills for working with sales teams and senior client stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or surveillance solutions in regulated environments.
  • Expertise in market abuse trends, regulatory developments, and surveillance procedures.
  • Experience supporting sales across multiple countries or regions.
